Paying your bill

I have not received a bill but a direct debit was taken out?

If you haven’t received a bill but your payment has been debited from your account, firstly check My Account, which keeps a history of all your bills online.

If you still can’t see a bill, please contact our Customer Services team. We can check that we have your correct email and/or postal address.
