Understanding your bill

What happens to my prices if I change my payment and/or billing method?

Your rates are linked to your payment and/or billing method, so if you change one (or both) of these your rates will change too.

Your rates will go down if you:

  1. Sign up to eBilling and choose not to receive bills by post
  2. Decide to pay your bills by Direct Debit

Similarly your rates will go up if you cancel eBilling or decide not to pay by Direct Debit anymore.
