SSE Airtricity Smart Pay As You Go app
If you’re an electricity customer in the Republic of Ireland who tops up your Smart Pay As You Go electricity account, this is the app for you!

If you were previously on a different plan prior to Smart Pay As You Go, your account history can be viewed online through the SSE Airtricity app or online.
Reminder: Smart Pay As You Go is for electricity only. This means that if you are a dual fuel customer, you’ll have two separate accounts. You’ll top up your electricity through the Smart Pay As You Go app or web portal, and you’ll receive a separate gas account.
Getting started with your Smart Pay As You Go
To use Smart Pay As You Go (SPAYG), you’ll need to register with SSE Airtricity first.
After signing up, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your account details and steps to set up your online account. This may take a few days.
Once your online account is set up, download the app you need and manage your energy anytime, anywhere. Use the “Remember Me” feature for quick and secure access.
