How do I know if my bill is estimated or not?

The back of your bill contains a section called Usage Details. Here you will find the meter readings used to calculate your bill.

Your 'Present Reading' is the one used to determine the usage you’re being billed on. If it has an (E) next to it, this means your bill is estimated.
