Yes, on the back of your bill there is a section called ‘Usage Details’ which contains all of the meter readings during your billing period.

The meter readings will be labelled as:

1. Actual (A) – ESB Networks (electricity) or Gas Networks Ireland (gas) visited your house and read your meter. This happens 4 times a year.
2. Estimated (E) – if we don’t receive a reading we estimate your usage based on your past actual readings and average daily energy use for this time of year.
3. Customer (C) – a meter reading you submitted.
