The easiest way to see what your price per unit for electricity and / or gas is to check the ‘Rate’ column on your bill – you can do this online through My Account.

Your electricity rates may appear on your bill as:

• Your rate type e.g., Domestic Urban 24hr / Day / Night / Peak or
• Your tariff type e.g., Home Electricity eSaver

Your gas rates may appear on your bill as:

• Your customer type e.g., Dom DF Gas
• Your tariff type e.g., Biggest Save eBundle
