Understanding your bill

I have a charge on my bill I don't understand

If you see a charge on your bill that you don’t recognise, it will most likely be related to servicing or maintenance such as:

  • Reconnecting or disconnecting your meter
  • Special meter-read request
  • Locking your meter
  • Changing your meter type
