Do I get separate gas and electricity bills?

No, you'll always receive a single statement for your electricity and gas. This is divided up into:

  1. Overall payment and cost summary
  2. Electricity invoice
  3. Gas invoice

Sometimes you may not receive a gas invoice. This depends on whether we received a gas-meter reading during your billing period.
