How do I change my direct debit details?

If you need to change any of your direct debit details just contact our Customer Service team on 0818 81 22 20 with your:

• SSE Airtricity account number
• International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
• Business Identifier Code (BIC)

Alternatively, you can download a direct debit mandate form and return it by email, social or post. Simply fill it in, take a picture and send it back to us in minutes.
