Who should I contact if I don’t receive the credit?

If you are a credit or bill pay customer, the date you receive your credit will depend on your billing cycle and the frequency you receive your statements, for example:

The first payment will be available from 4 November 2024. Some households may not be able to view this credit on your bill until December or January depending on when you are due to bill.

The second credit payment will start to be available from 2 January 2025 Some households may not be able to view this credit on your bill until February or March depending on when you are due to bill.
