SSE Airtricity will credit customer accounts on two separate occasions:

• The first payment will be between 4 November 2024 – 31 December 2024
• The second payment will be between 2 January 2025 – 28 February 2025

However, depending on individual customer billing cycles, the credit may not appear on a customers’ statement until the following month during these payment periods.
