The credit will be automatically applied to your account. If your first billable amount after the credit is applied is less than the credit value, the credit will remain on your account and pass onto your following bill(s).

The credit will appear on your applicable statement as:

1. “Govt Elec €125 Credit Nov 24” for the first payment
2. “Govt Elec €125 Credit Jan 25” for the second payment
