I have a prepay meter, when will I receive the payment?
You’ll receive two €125 credits between November 2024 and January 2025. There will be a message on your vend receipt when each credit has been made available. These are the dates that we will be working towards:
- €125 Government Electricity Credit One: to be available from 4 November 2024

- €125 Government Electricity Credit Two: to be available from 2 January 2025
