Paying your bill

How do I set up a direct debit?

You can switch to direct debit by calling our Customer Service team on 0345 601 9093. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

You'll need your:

  • Bank Sort Code
  • Bank Account Number, and
  • Airtricity account number (this can be found on any past bill).

Alternatively, you can download a direct debit mandate form and return it by email, social or post. Simply fill it in, take a picture and send it back to us in minutes.
