What can I do online using My Account?

Registering for My Account will give you 24-hour online access to your SSE Airtricity account. When you login you will see the below screen.

Here are some of the things you can do once you register:

View your bill online

• Log in to My Account
• Go to 'Bills & payments'
• Click on ‘View latest bill details’ to view your current bill. You can also click 'Account history' to select one of your past bills

Change your billing method

You can sign up for or cancel eBilling anytime by logging into My Account.

• Go to 'Account details'
• Go to 'eBilling options' and select ‘Edit’
• Select your eBilling option – ‘Yes’ if you want to sign up to eBilling or ‘No’ if you want to receive your bills by post. If you've selected ‘Yes’ then you'll need to confirm your email address
• When you're happy with your choice, click ‘Save’

Please remember - if you change your billing method your rates will change too. Signing up to eBilling will give you a discount, which you'll lose if you change back to postal bills.

Find Your Account Number

You can find your SSE Airtricity account number by logging into My Account and clicking ‘Account Details.'

You can also find this by checking :

• Any of your past bills
• Your billing notification emails
• The welcome letter you received when you signed up.

Print your bill as an eBilling customer

• Log in to My Account
• Go to 'Bills & payments'
• Click on ‘View latest bill details’ to view your current bill. You can also click 'Account history' to select one of your past bills.
• Once you've located the bill(s) you need, select the 'Print' command in your browser.

Change your email address/ phone number

• Log in to My Account
• Go to 'Account details'
• Select 'Contact Details' and click ‘Edit details’
