I'm having problems logging in to My Account - what should I do?
You may be having trouble logging in for a number of different reasons.
Have you registered for My Account?
Once your electricity/gas account is set up, you'll need to register for an online access to My Account using your account number. This can be done here.
Forgotten username/password
If you can’t remember your username or password you should go to our 'username/password retrieval' page. Simply enter the email address for your account, and a link will be sent for you to reset your username and password. This may need to be completed on a laptop/computer if it doesn't work on your mobile device.
Authorisation error
If you're seeing an error message which says you're not authorised to access this page, this is due to the security settings on your device. You'll need to update these or use an alternative device.
Technical issues
From time to time you may be unable to login to My Account if we’re:
- Making updates to My Account
- Conducting system maintenance
- Experiencing technical downtime
If any of these happen, please wait 30 minutes and try again.
