What reports can I access by logging into My Account?

Logging into your online account allows you to view energy usage graphs. These graphs will give you a better insight into your electricity and/or gas usage patterns, so you can see what you're using and when.

There are three types of usage report available:

• Energy consumption
• Maximum Import Capacity (MIC)
• Cost breakdown

Usage reports can be viewed online, but you can also export and download them as Excel files.

Viewing your usage reports is useful to identify potential cost savings, enabling you to optimize their usage and identify potential cost savings.
