I’m having trouble registering for My Account - what should I do?
If you’re having trouble registering you should:
- Check your email address - make sure to try your work and/or personal email if you’re not sure which one you provided
- Check your phone number – try your landline and/or mobile if you're unsure which one you provided
- Check your SSE Airtricity account number against any correspondence from us
If you're still having issues, you may need to try registering on a laptop/computer rather than your mobile device.
