What can I do?

  • You may already have Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer installed on your computer. We recommend you use one of the browsers. If you don't have any of these, you can download them for free.
  • Talk to your company's IT department, which may be able to provide you with an alternative browser.

Business Online

I've forgotten my username/password, what should I do?

f you have forgotten your password you will need to reset the password for security reasons.

To complete this process you will need the email address you provided when you switched to SSE Airtricity.

In the case where you have more than one account registered against an email address you will be asked some further questions about your account.

You can reset your password using Business Online's Forgotten Your Password page.

How do I login?

Go to Business Online

Enter your SSE Airtricity username and password.

How do I view my bill?

The billing section allows users to:

  • View previous bills
  • View previous payments
  • View an actual copy of their bill
  • See the current balance and any arrears

I’m an eBilling customer. Can I print my bill?

Yes, you can. All of your bills are available online in our billing section. Click on our PDF option to print your bill.

How do I add meter reads?

The meter readings section allows users to:

  • View previous reads
  • Add meter readings (where applicable)
  • View an actual copy of their bill
  • Subscribe to meter read alerts

This section will only be of benefit to those customers with non-interval meters.  

How do I change Direct Debit details?

If you call our Customer Service line on 0345 266 1787 we will be able to do this over the phone.

Alternatively, we can send you a Direct Debit mandate form in the post.

Please have your sort code and account number ready when you give us a call. 

What if I have multiple properties under one account?

Multiple properties are no problem with Business Online.

Call our dedicated Customer Service Team on 0345 864 3546 and we will set you up to manage all of your properties with one login.

Account Groups

Once you have been set up you will be able to view all your properties and organize them with one login.

Add Additional Users

You can add additional users to your online accounts while maintaining complete administrator control. Just go to our Admin section online and select Users. 

What reports are available?

Usage graphs are available to customers. These graphs give customers the opportunity to look at their electricity and gas records in more detail.

There are 3 usage reports available:

  • Consumption
  • Maximum Import Capacity (MIC)
  • Cost Breakdown

Date Export reports are also available and allow customers to generate reports giving further information. 

How do I access Business Online?

To access SSE Airtricity Business Online you will need to register. Note: all customers who joined us before February 24th 2010 are pre-registered.

To register you will need your Account Number, which is displayed on your Welcome Letter.

I have more than one meter - can I view all of them?

Yes, select which meters you want to view from the list of meters. If you can’t see a meter you’re looking for in the list contact our team and we will make sure it’s added to your group.

How can I find my account number?

Your account number is located on your bill. You can view or print a copy of your bill from your online account.
