How it works
Your payments will come out automatically each month by direct debit. If you cancel your Budget Plan during your cycle then we will issue you with an up-to-date bill for usage not covered in your monthly instalments.
Every four months we'll review your monthly payment amount against your energy usage to make sure it's correct. If it changes we'll always notify you first. At the end of the cycle we’ll review all your payments and charges for the year. If your account is in credit, or in debit under €250 we’ll roll this over to your next cycle.
Each month you'll get a statement showing your recent payments, your energy use and costs, and account balance.
Submit meter readings
To help us accurately record your energy use, you can submit regular meter readings. These will help us correctly adjust your account when we review it every four months.
