Understanding your bill

How often do I receive a bill?

How often you receive a bill depends on what type of customer you are:

  1. Electricity only: monthly or bi-monthly
  2. Electricity and gas: bi-monthly (although gas may vary)
  3. Budget Plan: debited monthly, you will receive a statement every month to keep track of your installments.

Your bill will be generated regularly, according to your billing cycle. If the end of your billing period falls on a weekend, we’ll generate your bill the following Monday.
