Smart Pay As You Go
The Smart Pay As You Go meter puts you in total control by allowing you to prepay your electricity. You'll no longer receive bills but will receive three statements per year.
Once you've switched to Smart Pay As You Go you'll be provided with consumption information, allowing you to manage and control your electricity costs. This product will allow you to pay for your electricity as you're using it and in advance if required.
With this Smart Pay As You Go product you can track your electricity usage and monitor your balance through the Smart Pay As You Go app or on your online account. Once you sign up to this product, you'll receive a welcome email when your Smart Pay As You Go account is set up. This will contain your username which will be your email address and a link to our portal where you can create your password.
As you've a smart meter at the property, you'll no longer need to submit meter reads, as your meter is read every 30 minutes.
