Smart Pay As You Go

What happens if my meter connectivity changes? (CTF dropping below 4)

To avail of the Smart Pay As You Go product, your connectivity level must be a 4. This means ESB networks will have full connectivity with your smart meter, and you'll be able to opt-in for Interval (30 minute) Smart Services.  

If your connectivity level drops below 4 and ESB no longer has full connectivity with your smart meter, you can no longer remain on the Smart Pay As You Go product. We'll contact you to let you know when this happens. You’ll automatically be switched back to being a bill pay customer and your account will be switched to the standard rates. If your account is switched, you can contact us on 0818 81 22 20 to discuss your contract options.
