Why don’t my insights match my bill?

Your cost insights are based on your current tariff rates, VAT, standing charges, and any discounts you have. They don’t include the PSO levy, and we round some numbers slightly to keep your graphs simple and easy to read. Because of that, your insights might differ a little from your bill — but don’t worry, your bill is always the most accurate record of your monthly costs.
