What do I need to qualify?

Your home must meet one of the following:

• Have an existing BER where the walls and attic are rated ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’,

or

• Achieve a Heat Loss Indicator (HLI) of ≤ 2.3 W/m²K after the windows and doors are installed
