HLI & Qualification

My BER shows a HLI above 2.3 — will I still qualify?

It may still be possible to qualify:

• Eligibility depends on whether your home can achieve HLI ≤ 2.3 after upgrades
• This cannot be confirmed from your current BER alone
• You should contact your BER assessor to:
  • Re-run your BER including proposed upgrades, or
  • Carry out a new BER assessment

This will confirm whether you can meet the required HLI and qualify for the grant.
