Do I need a BER?

Yes — a BER is required to:

• Establish your home’s starting point
• Confirm if your current HLI meets grant requirements
• Check if attic and wall insulation are rated ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’
• Identify any additional upgrades needed to qualify for the grant
