What happens if I am eligible?

Customers who are eligible and accept a 'Pay As You Go' meter will receive a call from ESB Networks to arrange a time suitable for installation of their new meter.

Eligible customers will receive two 'Pay As You Go' cards and a user guide to explain how to use the meter and how to buy credit (top-ups).
