What happens if I am eligible?
Customers who are eligible and accept a Pay As You Go meter will receive a call from ESB Networks to arrange a time suitable for installation of their new meter.
Eligible customers will receive two Pay As You Go cards and a User guide to explain how to use the meter and how to top up.
