How do I top up my Pay as You Go meter?

You can top up through the following:

• Online at sseairtricity.com
• Through our SSE Airtricity app
• Go to your nearest Post Office, PayPoint outlet or any Payzone outlet
• Contact our Customer Service Team

Make sure you have your Pay As You Go card details to hand.

How to top up your meter

1. Go to your Pay As You Go meter Keypad and Press the '*' button once on the Keypad. The message 'Key Code' will be displayed.
2. Key in all digits of your top-up code. If you enter a wrong digit press the '*' button to go back.
3. Once all 20-digits are entered press the '#' button, if entered correctly an 'Accepted' message will display.
