How do I register?

To register for My Account you’ll need:

  1. Your SSE Airtricity account number
  2. Phone number you signed up with
  3. The email address you signed up with

Once you submit these details, a verification email will be sent to you with a 6-digit code.

What if I never provided an email address?

You can add an email address during your online account registration - you will also just need to verify your phone number with a 6-digit code to prove account ownership.

How long does it take to process?

Your SSE Airtricity registration should be processed immediately and you’ll be logged into your account after verifying your email and/or phone number.

What if I can’t access my phone number and/or email address?

If you don’t have access to the email address or phone number you signed up with, or you need support registering for My Account, please contact Customer Service.
