How do I sign up for meter reading reminders?

You can sign up for meter reading reminders by:

• Logging into My Account and going to 'Meter Readings', or
• Contacting our Customer Service team by phone or email.

You can choose whether to receive your reminders by text or email (or both) and they are customised to your billing period, so they’ll be sent a few days before your bill is due.
