Do I need to cancel my direct debit with my previous supplier?

No, you don’t need to cancel your direct debit with your previous supplier. Once you sign up with us we’ll contact them to let them know that you are switching to us.

You’ll receive one final bill from your previous supplier within 4 to 6 weeks of signing up with us and your direct debit with them will be cancelled after this has been paid.
