How do I read my gas meter?

To get your reading, you should read your gas meter from left to right. Any digits that appear after a decimal point, or within a red box, are not considered part of the reading. ​

Typically, the last three digits of a display on a gas meter are in a red box and can be excluded.​​

Your gas meter reading is displayed in cubic meters or cubic feet.
