You'll still receive your full allowance, the only difference is instead of appearing on your bill, it will be paid directly into your bank, building society or post office account.
We recommend that you contact the Department of Social Protection to ensure your nominated payment details are up to date. Once we switch your account over to SSE Airtricity, we’ll let the Department of Social Protection know that we’re your new supplier.
