How do I change my contact details?

You can change your email and phone number at any time by logging into My Account and clicking on ‘Account Details’.

If you want to update your billing address or add another name to your account, please contact our Customer Service team with:

  1. Your name
  2. Your SSE Airtricity account number
  3. The new details you would like to appear on your account.
