What happens when you book a service?

Arranging the time and payment

We'll do our best to accommodate your selected time. If it's unavailable, we'll give you a call to let you know. Otherwise, we will call the day before to confirm the booking.

During the visit

Our team are Gas Safe registered and OFTEC qualified. Each service includes a 16-point safety check, including an inspection of the flue, ventilation, settings, water pressure and internal components.

Certification of works

We’ll provide you with a certificate once the service is complete and you will need to pay via cash, credit/debit card or cheque in advance. If there any repairs required, we’ll also give you a quote for the costs and arrange another appointment if needed.
