I have a charge on my bill I don't understand

If you see a charge on your bill that you don’t recognise, it will most likely be related to servicing or maintenance such as:

  1. Reconnecting or disconnecting your meter
  2. Special meter-read request
  3. Locking your meter
  4. Changing your meter type
