Prepayment meter

Most Keypad customers will be on 24 Hour Standard rates. If you're not sure, press '3' on your meter and check the display:

'Unit rates and number of units used' will display if you're on 24 Hour rates
'Unit rates DL (Domestic), CH (Central Heating) and HW (Hot Water)' will display if you're on Economy 7.

You will only be on Powershift if it was previously requested at your property.
