I’m an e-billing customer. Can I print my bill?

All eBilling customers can print their current or past bills if needed. All you need to do is:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Go to 'Bills & payments'
  3. Click on ‘View latest bill details’ to view your current bill, or select one of your past bills from your ‘Account History’
  4. Find and select the 'Print' command in your browser

If you smell gas phone the 24-hour gas emergency service on 0800 002 001.
