Meter readings

When should I submit a reading so it can be in before a bill?

You can submit a meter reading at least 5 days before your next bill is due for it to appear on your bill.

You can see your 'Next Bill Date' online in My Account, as well as sign up for meter reading reminders to let you know when you should submit a reading.
