When is the best time to submit a meter reading so I can be billed accurately?

In order for us to bill you to your latest meter reading, you should submit your reading three to five days before your bill is scheduled to release.

You can check your 'Next Bill Date' online via My Account. You can also sign up for meter reading reminders so we can let you know when it's time to submit your next meter reading.
