How do I add someone to my account?

If you are looking to add another person as an account holder along with yourself, you will need to contact our Home Moves Team.

You will need to close your current account and open a new account in both names. In order to do this, the Home Moves Team will need to speak with both yourself, and the person who’s name you are looking to add so please call at a time that suits you both.

If you are currently in a fixed term contract, you will be charged an early termination fee on the final bill issued on your current account.
