Account details
How do I change my contact details?
You can change your email and phone number at any time by logging into My Account and clicking on ‘Account Details’, ‘View Account Details’ and then ‘Edit Details’.
This will update the contact email on your account however if you wish to update the email you receive bills alerts to, you can do this through the ‘Paperless Billing’ section on the Account Details page.
You can also update your billing address through your ‘My Account’ by clicking ‘Account Details’, ‘View Account Details’ then ‘Change Address’.
Please Note: This will only update the billing address. If you wish to update your supply address you will need to speak with our Home Moves Team.
