Bereavement Support
We understand how difficult it is when someone passes away. Our dedicated team of advisors are here to help. We will need to ask you a few questions, please try to have the following information available:
- Your relationship to the account holder
- Details of the account (i.e. Account or MPRN Number)
- Date the account holder passed away
- Name and contact number of the person who is now responsible for the property
- Meter readings if possible
