Smart Pay As You Go

Signing in to the Smart Pay As You Go app/online account

After starting the mobile application, the following image shows the “Sign In” screen: 

  1. On this screen you'll input your username and password which will be included in your welcome email once your account is set up.  
  2. During the sign in process, you can select the language of the Smart Pay As You Go app/online account. The default application language setting is English, and you can switch to any other configured language. 
  3. You can select “remember credentials”. Selecting this option will skip the authentication process and sign you in automatically at the next sign in. 
  4. You can request a new password on this screen. This will bring you to a new screen which you'll need to input your current username and select request password. A new password will be generated, and a temporary login link will be sent to the registered email address. Please note, this can also be used if you forget your password.  

 Smart Pay As You Go app and online account main screen (dashboard). After a successful sign in, the Smart Pay As You Go app’s main screen is displayed. This is called the dashboard. This screen will show your “Wallets”, where you’ll see the active balance on your meter, the remaining days of electricity, and the top-up button to allow you to top up.   

Account page:  Your “account” page will show:  

  1. Your remaining account balances.  
  2. Your remaining days of electricity.  
  3. Your balance history. This will allow you to review your balance, repayment balance if applicable, your low account threshold and the meter disconnect threshold.  
  4. Your top-up/transaction information history. This will provide you with the date and time of each top-up, the amount and the updated balance after the top-up was made.  

 Meter page: Your “meter” page will show: 

  1. The date of your last reading.  
  2. Your consumption in kWh for the period you select. 
  3. Your consumption in Euros for the period you select. 

This will allow you to manage and control your consumption and your spending.   

More page: Your “more” page will show: Top-up page:  On this screen you can: 

  1. Top up your balance.  
  2. Add the card required to make this top-up.  
  3. Save your card details for future payments.  
  4. Remove your card details at any time.  

Customer information page:  

On this screen, you'll find all your customer information.  Settings page: On this screen you can: 

  1. Application: Request to log in using fingerprint and change the theme of your application.  
  2. Notifications: This screen will allow you to manage your notifications. You can select from which channels you would like to receive your notifications, update the contact information to receive these notifications and select times you don’t want to receive notifications. 
  3. Low balance: This screen will allow you to set the low amount warning threshold. This will ensure we send you a “low balance message” once you hit the threshold amount you have set on this screen. 
  4. Change password: On this screen you'll be able to change your password.
