How do I change my password?

Tap on “Change password” menu item to open “Change password” screen. Insert your current password, then type in the new password and retype the new password again. Click “Save new password”, this will save the new password and close the window.   How do I access and manage my Smart Pay As You Go app and online account? You can access your account for your Smart Pay As You Go electricity on the Smart Pay As You Go app or through your online account. When your Smart Pay As You Go account is set up, you’ll receive a welcome email containing your login details and the link to set up your online account. Once you follow that link, you’ll be able to set up your new password. Once this is set up you can download our Smart Pay As You Go app from the app store/play store. Once this is all set up you’ll be able to manage your account.  

On your online account you will be able to manage the below: 

  1. Once off top-ups. 
  2. Scheduled top-ups. 
  3. View of your top-ups. 
  4. View of all notifications received. 
  5. View of the meter activity/consumption. 
  6. View of your statements.  
  7. View account details. 
  8. View balance history. 
  9. Management of your notifications.
