At SSE Airtricity, we have improved our login process to provide you with a better platform experience. If you have already completed the steps below, please ignore this.
Currently, you are using a username to login. We have switched from usernames to using a verified email to login.
Example: The username “JohnDoe”, is registered on the existing platform. Once logged-in, the new platform will request this customer to update their username to their email address, such as “example@gmail.com”.
You can choose any of the email(s) you provided when signing up for SSE Airtricity as your login email. You will need to verify your chosen email, so please check you can still access it.
When you try to login, you will find a generic error message since your email has not been verified in our new Login platform yet - please click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps on your screen to regain access to your account.
1. Please login using your existing username and password. Note: If you already have been using your email to login you will find a generic error message since your email is not verified yet - please click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps on your screen to regain access to your account.
2. You can then type in your preferred email as we may have multiple records.
3. You will receive a 6-digit code to your email - please enter this code and verify to continue. Note: you will only receive this code if you have entered in any of the email(s) registered with SSE Airtricity during sign up.
4. You are successfully set up and will be automatically logged-in! You will receive an email confirmation prompting you to use your email to login.

If you don’t update your account, you may receive a follow up email within 6 months. To avoid any interruption of online account access, we recommend updating it as soon as possible.
