When will I receive my first bill?

You will receive your first bill approximately 8 to 10 weeks after signing up with us. If you have registered for eBilling, you’ll receive an email telling you that your bill is ready to be viewed at My Account.

If you haven’t received your bill by this time, you should contact our Customer Service team.
