When does my supply actually change over?

It will take a couple of weeks for your supply to switch over fully. We'll send you your account number once your cooling off period has passed. Rest assured, there will be no disruptions to your supply during the changeover.

You should make sure you've submitted meter readings as part of your sign up to ensure a swift changeover. If you haven't, you can call us on 0818 40 40 70.

Smart Meters - Electricity

If you have a smart meter for electricity with Interval (30 minute) Smart Services enabled, you don't need to submit readings as your usage is logged remotely by your meter. If your meter has Non-Interval (Bi-Monthly) Smart Services enabled, it's still recommended that you submit regular meter readings.
