Faults and emergencies

The street lights near my house have stopped working

You can report a street-lighting fault directly to us; you’ll just need the pole number and location. Once you have these details you can submit the fault:

  1. Online through Enerveo Ireland (Formerly SSE Airtricity Utility Solutions)
  2. By calling 0818 372 772 (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm)
